Description:

Modernization of interior clubs, team store, ticket office, common areas, and suites by erecting new facade on ground level of south side, new interior partitions and adding new finishes (carpet, paint, graphics, lighting, MEP systems as needed, and AV systems.

Addendum #2: Perform MEPAV enabling work (relocation/abandonment of conduits, piping, ductwork, and equipment) for demolition and disassembly of selective interior and exterior partitions as well as interior finishes in selected clubs, suites, and common spaces.
